Golden City is the project for the development of hydraulic-fill areas of Timura Vasileva street, which is designed for 450,000 sq.m of business class residential property. A complex of unique European architecture, it was recognized as the winner at the European Property Awards international competition in 2016 in the category “Residential developments in Russia”, was announced the “Opening of the Year” by Urban Awards.

15 hectares of hydraulic-fill areas, split into 6 blocks, are located at a comfortable distance from the Western High-Speed Diameter, which connects Timura Vasileva street with other districts of the city.
