The concept of the hotel provides for the accommodation of retail and service facilities of various profiles, farmer's market, as well as yoga center, coworking area, VR-arena and play area for children, in a two-storey building with an area of more than 5,000 m2.

The project provides for flexible zoning of spaces for the demands of operators, as well as separate entrances from the street for a number of facilities on the ground floor. When designing the functionality, a vote was held among the residents for a comfortable and full-fledged filling of the hotel.
